Adjustment of Status - I-485

This website was very valuable to me during the past months so I thought sharing my experience as well. I just received the approval letter for the I-485 and I-485J which completes the process.

This is a L1-B petition / Country Switzerland. Prior to USCIS submission, it went through the Department of Labour approval (PERM). This process started back in May 2017.

Long process overall, the most important is to be patient. Also, try to not miss any of the appointment scheduled by USCIS to avoid further delays in the process.
