Miami Filer - Final update
Finally got GC, and wanted to share my final timeline with all for reference. This is based on marriage to USC, no kids and no previous marriages, adjusting from Tourist B-2.

5/14 - PD (Concurrent I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864)
5/31 - Received I-797C's in mail
7/19 - RFIE for I-485 (Need long form birth certificate)
8/10 - RFIE response received by USCIS and back to work on case
8/31 - Biometrics letter received
9/9 - Biometrics appointment
9/10 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview
9/11 - Interview was scheduled
9/16 - Interview notice received (10/31)
10/31 - Interview (White Letter - USCIS need more time to review case)
11/5 - I-130 approved
11/8 - EAD card in hand
11/9 - GC in hand

The USCIS case status seems to be slow/behind. Found out about I-130 approval by phone call to USCIS. Also the GC was in the mail before the status updated to "card was mailed"

Good luck to all on their journeys
