Driver's License
NJ newark interview in Dec. I have a quick question and hopefully someone has had similar experience...

I am a US citizen and filed I-485 for my husband (who has been undocumented for the past 10 years). Ever since he came to the States he has lived in NJ, but had to get a license in Connecticut (non-gov ID license) because he didn't fall under the DACCA eligibility and couldn't get a license from NJ. He had it about a year and half, and switched to NJ license recently after he finally got his EAD and SSN.

He was able to get the Connecticut license through a friend who lived in Connecticut. He had no better choice in order to commute to his college. We are probably going to tell the truth if we are to be asked about his Connecticut license, but just wanted to know if anybody in this forum had a similar situation.

Thank you in advance for any help and advises!
