My wife F1 was rejected with 214(b) in July 2019 and she came back on H4 with valid visa until DEC 2020
We have deferred our I-20 and trying to go for F1 stamping in Canada/Mexico.
We are looking to go for stamping in Dec/Jan. Can we get slots in Canada in Dec/Jan?
If not Canada, can we get slots in Mexico. Any Mexico experiences?
I want to accompany my wife during her travel to Canada. I don't have valid stamping but have a valid I-797. Can I travel with Valid I-797 using Visa re-validation process where you can stay in Canada for 30 days with a valid I-797. Any suggestions?
