I 131 returned, what do I do
Hello, a friend has his I 131 (advance parole) returned for the second time after filing with i485 i130 and EAD. So. He wants to know what are the implications if he decides to withdraw the i131(advance parole) application. He said he doesn't have plans of travelling, so he really doesn't need it.
So will they go ahead to process the EAD or will the withdrawal of the advance parole have an adverse effect on the rest of the application??
