EAD and I-131 approved but no combo card.
Hi friends - I got approval letter for I-131 on 24th October. After that I got my EAD on 30th October on my hand, but It does not mentioned "SERVICE AS ...ADVANCED PAROLE" . It says "not valid for re-entry to usa". I do not understand after having approval letter of I-131 ,they did not sent me travel document even separately.
My lawyer suggested me that go to USCIS office and get stem on the passport, but I do not have any reason for emergency travel.
do you know that anybody had same situation with combo card ?
can someone please suggest me what to do ?
