Marriage based AOS - It’s been 13 months since we filed I485, I130, I131 and I175 in Oregon. We received a RFE in December, 2018 relating to my spouse’s tax who is a USC, which we responded to in January, 2019. Our application status still showing ‘Your response to RFE was received, USCIS has begun working on your case’. We have called severally and have made SRs which they never responded. We are totally frustrated and we don’t know what to do. Please we need help, it’s been 13 crazy months of waiting without any response.
