My case still under review after I485 interview

Hi all,
I made a post of my interview experience 3 weeks ago, on Oct 23rd '19.
The interview was straightforward, and at the end, the officer told us verbally that she will be getting the new Visa numbers later that day and the cards will be produced in next 7-10 days.
I was expecting the approval online that same night or at least in next 2-3 days from the interview.
It has been exact 3 weeks now, and still my case is under review on the USCIS website.
I called USCIS twice in last 2 weeks, and I got the same answer that it is under review and under normal processing time, and I just need to wait. There is nothing else that can be done.
Feeling anxious due to this wait. Anybody else had any similar experience?
