i was in removal proceeding with pending i 130 and i 485 i had a court hearing last month judge gave us 5 months to get the approval of i 130 so he can make decision on i 148 after expedite i 130 just got the approval email today regarding i 130 is approved now i can give it to judge hopefully he approve my i 485 on the same day
if anyone have similar case please share your experience do judge approvyi 148 if we give him aproval of i 130??? because he give me more time to get the i 130 aproval and now its approved 😍
