Just to share information here so that people have a estimate.
06/26/2019--Application submitted under (c)(9) in NYC.
07/03/2019--Receipt Notice issued.
07/05/2019--Finger Print Notice issued.
07/26/2019--Finger Print Appointment.
07/2X/2019--Finger Print Review was Finished.
08/30/2019--Yellow Courtesy Letter for I 693 issued.
10/02/2019--Submitted Change of Address online.
10/10/2019--Change of Address Confirmed (NYC to MO).
10/28/2019--Case Ready for Interview.
11/05/2019--Receiving the interview notice. Interview was Scheduled on December.
11/13/2019--New Card Produced for I-765.
11/14/2019--I-131 and I-765 Approved.
It looks like that my EAD took exactly 4.5 months. I know the estimated time changing from 4.5 to 5.5 months scared people (including me), it seems that at least my case was not delayed.
Nor did the change of address delayed things. Please pick up the phone to confirm the change of address after you submit it online. My first try failed.
When they try to confirm your identification, they will ask about your mailing address. Tell them your new address first. If they say it does not match, it means the change of address did not go through.
Also, pls use all the forums to check your case status. They all show DIFFERENT results in different times.
