I-130 approved, I-485 needs further review
Timeline.
07/3 - Filed I-130 I-485 and everything concurrently after having and attorney look over everything to make sure all forms were complete.
8/20- Fingerprints taken
11/6. I-485 interview. We were interviewed separately. Asked questions about our relationship , each other’s families , trips we had taken. Afterwards , the IO didn’t approve on the spot and told us we would receive the decision in the mail. I felt the interview went well and submitted a lot of evidence with my case. The IO asked for pics , copies of lease , and life insurance with our names on it. Pittsburg Field Office is where we interviewed.
11/9. I- 130 is approved
11/12 - Receive I-130 approval letter in the mail.
Checking the app, it’s says I-485 interview completed , case needs further review. I submitted a ton of evidence and know the application and evidence are good. As of today , still no update and it stressing me out. Anyone else have a similar experience ?
