Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi there,

I am a Canadian born citizen, married to USC. Married in March 2018. Applied a year later as i had to travel back and forth to wrap up my life in Canada.

I applied for my my I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 through a lawyer on February 22, 2019. PD date is March 4th 2019.

National Benefits Center is where my case it.

April 7th 2019: Biometrics Appointment.

and then nothing for months...

I was beyond "normal processing time" in September, and someone on this form suggested to contact my congressman. A day later congressman's office asked to fill some forms with my info. 2 weeks later on September 18th i received an RFE for my birth certificate WITH my parents names.

I had to order that from Canada, my birthday Certificate was sent to USCIS on October 15th, received on October 22nd 2019. November 6th i received a pink courtesy letter stating that i did not complete my Medical Examination, but i can bring it to interview "if" i get called for interview.

I checked online last night and my status is now "Ready to be scheduled for an interview"

My question is for New Jersey fillers, how long does it take from "ready to be scheduled for interview" to actually getting an interview date.

I share everyones frustration. I have been home for over a year and half, and feel like my career has come to a halt, insanity has taken over. - such a brutal process

Would love to hear more experience from people in similar situation.
