After AOS interview
Hi guys,
I’m very concerned due to the timeline.
We had an interview in September Chicago based, they handed us a paper says “your case is being held for review” I’m not sure how the interview went because the officer didn’t tell us anything but that by law we had 120 days to wait for the result. We submitted joint bank account, joint tax and joint apartment rent. My spouse was married before and finalized previous divorced 1 month before married me. Is this the reason possibly slow down the process?
It’s just giving me anxiety feeling because there’s no updates of anything. The online status still says “we scheduled your interview”
