After a long **** wait of hearing still in "background check". This is their now response:
The status of this service request is:
"Your Form I-485 is pending Review. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application. We will forward this inquiry to the appropriate party for consideration."
How long is this going to to take now, another year+. Sigh!
