Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi Everyone, I wanted to ask your opinion on something. In August of this year, my interview for 485 had the following updates (PD April 2019):

08/01 - Ready to schedule
08/02 - Interview Scheduled
-----received interview notice in the mail a few days later--- it was set for 09/12.
08/07 - Interview cancelled and notice ordered

I have been waiting for the reschedule since then. The updates I listed above are from the egov.uscis.gov site.
In the my.uscis.gov site. there have been no updates at all for any of the forms I filed ( I filed concurrent). It just states "We've received your case. You do not need to do anything this time."

I did receive my EAD in October (approved on the 12th).

Do you guys think it'll harm my case if I make an inquiry? Is it normal to be scheduled and cancelled and still be waiting for a reschedule?

I did chat with Emma last week to see if my case was still at NBC or the FO but she said still at NBC. I thought that once its marked Ready to Schedule, it's already at the FO.

Anyone similar? NYC - Queens FO.
