Rd 3/22/2019 I-485&i765
My I-765 got rejected because of one Qestion new RD for I-765 is 4/22/2019
5/7/2019 Biometric
5/8/2019 ready to schedule for an interview
              Courtesy letter for medical
~~~~wait game begins~~~~~
July your I-130&i-485 has move to your local office🙏
8/072019 name as update to form
9/26/2019 interview scheduled 🙏🙏
10/22/2019 Biometric for I-765🤷‍♀️
11/12/2019 interview approved on the spot🙏🙏🙏
 

The day of my interview 8:10am
We arrived about 20mins early, we were called by a lady very stern. We pledge and seated.she asked a couple questions
1.My mother and Father name
2.Where do I live
3.What are my sons name
4.My husband name
5.How did we meet
Then she turn to my husband and repeated the same questions
But this time she pressure him about how we got together because he was previously married so she wanted to see if the timeline matches(she’s very logical)
Then she ask for our evidence :
We had
1. Lease
2.Phone Contract
3.Photo Album
We then told her that’s all we had because I didn’t receive a EAD
The whole time I was nervous the whole time, she didn’t even smile only made one comment that my son was cute(we took out 1yr son) then she said I think this marriage is real and I need to do a background check then you will be hearing from us.🤦‍♀️ I was there for no more than 30mins
