Question on I-693 Courtesy Letter and RFIE sent
I've received I-693 courtesy letter on 10/17/2017 (my attorney received it as well) by mail and online case status changed to Request for Initial Evidence was sent , but I have never received RFE in mail till now neither my attorney , called USCIS this morning and tier 2 officer sent me what is supposed to be RFIE to my email but it turned out same as courtesy letter I've received on 10/17/2019 .
The courtesy letter says don't send I-693 now wait for and interview notice or RFE !
thing is online case status says RFIE was sent , and when I called USCIS contact center this morning , they sent me the courtesy letter
any advise on this ?
