Pd: June 10
Bio-metrics: July 25
July 26 :we received your finger Print
October 03: we schedule an Interview for I485
November 13 interview date
interview was at 12:55pm. we were called by 2:45 pm. you guys can imagine the nerves that I went through. my husband was very calm.
My husband is US citizen
question to my husband
1- what is your full Name?
2- where were you born?
3- what is your parent name?
quetion to me
1- full name
2-where was I born?
3- when was my last entry to USA /? I say 02/2017
4- where did I go from the airport? I answer to my husband house back then we were dating
5- how did I met my husband? I answer that I was J1 and we met 2016 and the month that we started dating
Io said oh you guys have a good time together
6- we went to all yes or no question from the Form I485
when asked if I have ever worked in USA without authorization?
I said yes because I was working without any permit.
7- have you ever Violated the terms or conditions of your non immigrant status?
I answered yes, because I was working with no permit and he said and also over stayed
then he asked, with no discrimination since you guys have an age gap was it hard for both family to accept your relations and we both answer how it was for us, Io said is normal
then he went back to my husband how many time he has been married, my husband answer which we both forgot to take his first married divorce paper. office asked my husband to write down the date of his ex wife, because he did not have that information that he will have to add on the form of my husband. he said that he will sent and notice for us to sent the divorce paper asked us if we have any question I did asked him if he wanted my husband second divorce paper he says that he had it. he was ok
oh also he went to the album pictures he says wow you guys had a lot of support from friend when he so the amount of people that was in the wedding he took 5 pictures and also apologize because he was taking those pictures.

we explained the reason we do not have many thing together since we get married march 2019
now I'm Just anxious to receive that notice to send to them, honestly he was very friendly i do believe we did good at interview
and I-765/ I-131 was approved the same day of the interview in the evening
