San Francisco Timeline
Just an update in case my timeline is helpful to anyone in the forum. My office was originally San Francisco, CA but due to backlog, the case was transferred to San Jose, CA.
PD: July 27th, 2018.
Biometrics: August 24th, 2018.
Interview ready to schedule: August 28th,2018.
EAD produced: December 12th, 2018.
EAD received: Somewhere between December 18th and 24th.
Interview scheduled: August 15th, 2019.
Interview: September 20th, 2019 - San Jose, CA.
Since then, complete silence... the I-485 status online hasn’t changed from “interview was scheduled”. My I-130 hasn’t changed since they received the application in July, 2018. It still says: case was received.
I submitted a service request on October, 24th, 2019 regarding my I-485. They responded on November 15th, 2019: “We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.”
EAD renewal package sent: October 9th, 2019
EAD renewal officially received: October 16th, 2019.
EAD receipt notice: arrived on November 16th, 2019.
EAD card is being produced: November 18th, 2019.
