EAD - August 9, 2018
Sent in for my renewal for my EAD way ahead of the 90 days didn’t receive anything.
September 28 2019 got an email alert interview scheduled
On October 4 received the he letter for interview November 4 New York office.
Day or the interview got there way ahead of the tine the lady asked us to come back and check in 30 minutes before the time. Waited about an hour got called to door 2 to this Chinese guy.
He asked us for my husband proof of citizenship all my passports birth certificate and joint documents when my husband asked if the baby’s birth certificate will be considered as joint documents he was like you have a kid we both said yes. Then he said I’m not even going to ask these questions started crossing out a lot of things on the paper infront in. Everything felt pretty smooth asl yes and no questions. Then he asked if I was on any form of government assistant I said yes Medicaid to have my son but as soon as I met my husband I he took us off. He said that was it and do we have any question. We said no l. He gave me the white paper. And told my husband he will try To handle it today or tomorrow. I checked my status every day and no updates. Then on November 8 card is picked up by the post office. Nov 12 card delivered. Think god this process is over for now. Mount Vernon filer feel free to ask question.
