i 485 intent to dent, mail never got delivered
hi guys, i am back with my torture experience with uscis
on november 8 th after i sent the requested doc to uscis my i130 was approved, on the same day they updated case status on i485 as if the letter of intent to deny was sent , however, i only received the approval notice of 130 , 0485 intent to deny document never arrived. i called uscis several times and informed about non delivery, they say i have to wait up to 30 days to get the answer back, this is soooo frustrating
