Advance parole// interview SF office
Hi guys :(
I had my interview on October 22 2019 and I haven't hear anything since then.
I submitted my papers on may 2018 so after 17 months waiting I had my interview
But j just got the white paper after I was done saying that the case need to be review
I really wanna visit my home country :( I can't wait anymore.
I didn't use the advance parole because in the website it says that it doesn't guarantee your reentry tu US
So I wanna ask if you have any bad experience using it ? Or have u heard about any bad experience?
I have a baby and I want my family to meet him while he is small
But reading some post I have seen that there are many people waiting even 2 years after their interview
So that put me down. I don't want to take the risk with the advance parole but some friends have taken it and they were good even though is still a risk ...
The interview was fine. The officer just ask 4 questions . Where do I live . With who I live with . Where did I meet my husband and and my marriage day. We went with our baby and that was it. It took just 10 min.
I called USCIS but they said we are still in their time process. Here is from 17 months to 23months.so right now I am on 19months of waiting. I heard that some people call usics and speak with 2 different people but I don't think that helps :(
I am close to be depressed.. I want to visit my home.. that's all what I want ..
God bless you guys and He hands our cases.
I will appreciate your comments about the advance parole even if they are negative.
I wanna see my family but I don't want to risk my own family that I have now ..
See you..
