Finally Approved after Second Interview Miami, FL
Yesterday online status for I-130 and I-485 changed to “Case Was Approved”.
We filled I-130 and I-485 in June of 2018, while I have pending Asylum Case(no interview yet).
In August of 2019 we received Interview Notice,
First Interview September 18th 2019
After interview online status changed to “Interview Completed And case Must be Reviewed”
In Oct 2019 received letter Notice for Second Interview.
Had second interview on November 18th(two months after first). We were separated as expected, but we had a regular interview like first one, not 100 questions like we expected.
4 days later Online Status Changed for I-130 and I-485 “Case was Approved”.
