first interview 07/2018 very short simple questions as your name address DOB at the end no paper no decision and of course the favorite word we would review your documents and get back to you! after 120 days I start calling and doing info passes but nothing help it was waisting of time every time I called they keep telling your case is under normal process time! I decide to wait until my PD is available before make any move. On August 2019 I decide the benificar to contact the us senator and congresswomen of my Citi I didn't hear back from the US senator but I got an email back from the congresswomen that the USCIS respond to her and my case is in queens office so she had to contact queens office directly and see what would happen after that? 30 days later no respond so she followed up with them and after 2 weeks she emailed that they shelude for second interview the stock interview! I contract my lawyer and told me to prepare well
16 months since my first interview I had my second interview 11/14/2019
we got separate and almost 50 question for each of us from the day I met my spouse in 2016 until how we got to federal plaza and what we had for breakfast! you can google the questions and read all of them
approved on the spot
11/15 new card being produced
11/18 cases were approved I 130 and 485
11/20 card was mail
11/23 card in hand
 I have been in the US for over 20 years and had 2 previous cases before this one!
each case is different and my advise is be passion and contact your congresspersons if your PD is available and still waiting they have power to move your case!
