i 601 waiver
hi all, finally i got my letter of intent to deny, sent out on 8th of november, arrived on 23rd of November, where it states that I have 30 days to file i 601 waiver, meaning i have only 2 weeks left. on my visa application i stated as married, first intent to deny letter came for i 130 , provided a letter from ministry of justice that i was never married in my country and they approved the i130 case right away, however i am being asked to file fora waiver for my i 485 . what are my chances, anyone in the similar situation?
