19 Months still no decision on my N-400 Baltimore office

04/01/2018 - N-400 application filled with Name Change
04/07/2018 - Biometrics Scheduled
04/24/2018 - Biometrics reviewed
02/11/2019 - Interview Scheduled
03/14/2019 - Had my interview and decision could not be made
its been like 7 months since i had and passed my interview and my case is still stock on interview scheduled. And there is current no completion date on my case online.
All in all it’s been 19 months since i filed and there is still no update on my case. I do not understand why they haven’t update it online to show that i have done my interview.
When i talked to someone at USCIS, i was told they are still working on cases since 2017.
