I want to apply for a fiance visa and got some questions.
We have been good friends before I left to US and then we became our relationship. We have been together for 5 years now and I just became a citizen and we met for the first time about a week ago. We couldn't meet because of financial reasons. Will that be a problem for the application that we have met once?
Now I am making $28,000 annually. Is that enough to become a sponsor for her?
When do I need to present my annual income? In the beginning of the process?
