CPT-H1B 221(g) blue slip-refusal for administrative processing
Hi Everyone,
My friend completed his masters and he is working on CPT with second masters. this Oct he got H1 approved under future employment. he was working for client A during the petition was filed but now he changed to client B, before the interview he filed for ammendment and got the receipt. anyhow since he has to go through the consulate process he went for stamping with pending ammendment receipt and new client letter.
VO gave blue slip stating - refusal for administrative processing. and said he doesnt have to attend the interview again and no documents asked to submit.
Please help..does it mean a complete rejection?? or what are the chances. Kindly help with ur response.
