Good day!

Not sure if anyone is online right now due to the holiday but I just want to greet everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! It's my very first time to celebrate it here. I am originally from PH.

Anyway, here's my dilemma. I was requested for an RFE last September 25 and was able to mail it last Oct 7 and the office acknowledged it by Oct 9. I sent it at MO. Btw, I live with my husband here in Long Beach. For the RFE, it was my uncle who filled up the Affidavit of Support since my husband is unemployed and his parents doesn't meet the income reqts. I'm planning to send him back to school once I'm authorized to work since I just passed my NCLEX. Anyone who has an idea what's the reason I haven't received any notice yet? Is my husband being unemployed might be a reason why it's taking too long? I'm worried.

Below is my timeline:
01/18 - Arrived in US via B2
02/03 - Met my husband through a party
06/10 - Got married
07/15 - Sent application packet
08/02 - Case was received
09-03 - Biometrics
09/25 - RFE
10/09 - received RFE docs

Thank you in advance.
