7th: Letter to set up Biometrics appointment
21st: Biometrics submission (didn't have any near me till that date)
27th: Biometrics acceptance letter and few minutes later got refusal letter stating below:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
E-mailed them right away, attaching Employment letter, Mortgage documentation, paystubs and 797.
28th: New application submission with same documentation and additional above in the morning.
Same day by afternoon, received a message asking to send Passport and also that the new application will be discarded.
Will send the Passport and other docs to VFS tomorrow.
