Hello all, please I need help to understand something:
If someone gets an RFE because his or her partner doesn't earn enough to sponsor him or her alone, can they look for a second person to support them with another Affidavit of Support, or the whole i485 form will need to be filed again? Or what are the consequences if the initial sponsorship is not up to the required level?
