Hello guys . Please help !
My case worker forgot to add my birth certificate when was filling I485,I130and I765.
I’m from Ukraine , in USA with overstayed B2 visa .
So I’m afraid to get a second RFE because of that . First one was bc she’s forgot to add tax transcript .
Do u think I need to call them and maybe fax it or better to wait ?
Any advice would help .
