Adjustment of status. Souses live in different state but it is a true marriage.
Hi,

My wife wants to apply for i130 and I want to apply for adjustment of status at the same time. She just got her US citizenship status. We are married since Oct 2018. We married each other on Oct in USA while I was in b1/b2 but then I went back to Bangladesh and came here to visit her several times. I the mean time, in august 2019, fortunately I got full tution fee waiver and graduate assistantship from Georgia Southern University and moved here with F1 ViSA for masters in computer science leaving a good job, because it is better to be at 800 miles apart rather than 8000 miles apart. My wife lives in NY and I live here in Georgia but we visit each other once in a month. She is a college student and lives with her parents. Her earnings is 10K per year, but her father can be a co sponsor. My earning as a graduate student in 10K per year.

Would it be a problem to have different addresses and living in different state? If any, What should be the solution? Thanks a lot
