In removal proceeding with pending I 485 I had first hearing in September 2018 judge give us 5 months to get the I 130 approval notice because he has jurisdiction on my I 485 now this month I got I 130 approval and I week later I got letter for I 485 administrative closure anyone have similar situation? is that red flag
