Hello everyone,
My wife, a US citizen completed an I-130 on behalf of myself (Principal beneficiary) and my 3 kids. We received a letter from USCIS today stating that her income does not measure up with the national poverty line. We were advised to get a cosponsor, meanwhile she makes $65,000 annually. We are her only dependents (Total of 5 including her). We're surprised that her income does not cover all of us. Please share your experience if you had come across this before.
Its surprising that they want me to complete another I-130A and new sets of I-864.
