Hi All!
I wanted to update my EAD/AP status here. Wasn't able to hop on here due to thanksgiving and the weekend. So...
PD: July 24, 2019
I-485 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview since 9/25/2019 (No RFEs')
On November 23th, 2019 - I filed an SR to expedite my EAD
November 24th, 2019 - Request to expedite was received but not assigned to an office
November 25th, 2019 - New card is being produced (I was expecting them to ask for evidence but never received such a message, not sure if the SR worked or I was almost near my timeline to get the EAD/AP approved anyway)
November 25th, 2019 - night - Case was approved
November 26th, 2019 - I-131- Case was approved
Question - They are sending the approval notice my way. Does the status change from NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED to CASE WAS APPROVED?
Shouldn't it be the other way around?
How long after case being approved do you receive the card?
Still waiting to hear anything on the I-485. Fingers crossed.
