Wife not willing to go for interview
Hello guys. I need your help. I filed for I-485 in 2016 and was denied due to an error on a previous marriage divorce paper from Nigeria. I refilled with the same wife in July 2019 and my interview is in few weeks. My wife and I are having issues and she’s been threatening me that she won’t go with me to the interview. We live together and we have joint documents like lease, utility bills, cable, phone, life insurance and we’ve been filing taxes together for the past 3 years. Our marriage is 3 years and 3 months by now.
What option do I have? What can I do to get my I-485 approved? I need an advice please.
