I have an offer from a company and thinking of expediting my EAd on that basis. Can anyone give me some tips on how I can justify a job offer as financial loss?
I have been waiting for 5 months now for EAD.
It will be great if someone can post an anonymized letter if they have experienced the same in the past and have gotten approval. I will deeply appreciate it.
Along with a cover letter and the offer letter, what additional documents do you recommend to send to USCIS for strengthening my expedite request?
