Refilling or appealing I130 and I485 denial
Hello fam. We found out today the reason for our denial. My wife has been keeping her mom address since we got married and USCIS stayed that we didn’t live together. They also complained about a lot of discrepancies in our interview questions as well. In addition, they said there was a scheduled visit to her mom house rental office, and I wasn’t listed as a residence there.
My question is do you think it’s a good idea to appeal or just go ahead and refile the application. Because I’m thinking of moving into that her mom house so that this crazy wife won’t mess up my whole life completely. We have been married for over 4 years now.
Please this is a difficult time for me and I hope people would turn up to advise me on the next step.
