Please, I need your help with 'current individual annual income' on form I-864.
My wife ( Sponsor) has two(2) jobs :
Job 1 job verification letter says 2019 income is $25,300 however, most recent pay stubs says 'year to date' is $20,000.00.
Job 2 most recent pay stub has two(2) Year to date (YTD) one for $19,840.00 and $17,200.00.
Questions:
1. Do we add the $25,300 with the $17,200.00 for current annual income or $20,000.00 + $17,200.00
2. Since it is December do we just calculate her expected income for the coming weeks?
We are a 2 household family. Responding to an RFE for using i864ez
