I came over on a Vwp with my 2 children on a vacation to visit my boyfriend, with no intent on marrying. We just decided one day we couldn't be without each other and the traveling was getting to much so we got married.
My husband is a usc.
NBC and field office Minneapolis st paul.
Uscis received all on the 27th september 2019.
Biometrics done 22nd of October 2019.
Courtesy letter (yellow) 15th November 2019. As we were advised not to send medicals the letter stated to bring medicals to the interview.
27th november 2019 case ready to be scheduled for an interview.
Are there any others with the same timeline as me? I thought it has gone quick to get to case ready to be scheduled I know it can take some time to get an interview. When will I get the ead's?. Its all confusing as with reading everyone's journeys the timelines are so different. Suppose its just a waiting game.
