change of Affidavid of support to I-864W
Dose anyone know if changing I-864 to I-864w will slow down the process of getting GC?
Originally I submitted I-864 form as my husband's sponsor however few months ago I stopped working due to pregnancy (still not working , gave birth) so now Im staying home with the baby. We were advised by the lawyer to filled out the I-864 W form because my husband has worked in USA for past 16 years and did his taxes ect. The lawyer told us to bring I-864W with us to the interview and I was just wondering if that will slow the process down, because now they have new info that they will have to research. Was any of you in a similar situation? please help?
