HELP!
on November 18th I got a notification that my interview was scheduled for December 13th.
I have a flight booked December 9th to go back to my home country to visit someone in the hospital. I put in a request to change my interview the same day I got the notice (november 18th) Everytime I call them they say I must wait the 30 days before a decision is made - even though the interview itself falls within those 30 days. isnt this insane?
Everytime I call they tell me something different. The last person told me since i requested to reschedule that my dec 13 appointment was automatically cancelled, but I call again today to be safe and she tells me no, it doesnt mean its cancelled.
December 9th is fast approaching and I do not know what to do - does anyone have experience with this?
