Hi, I just want to share my experience with you all. I dont have my green card /EAD/ travel document yet. Ohio filer, I am using a lawyer
send out package on September 14
Recived USCIS notice for receive file on September 27, the travel document was rejected. Don't know why.
Fingerprint at October 15
travel document rejected AGAIN, October 20
RFE on November 12 by mail from USCIS, BUT the USCIS app and online both says the interview was scheduled.
until today I got nothing.... no interview letter or anything.....
one tip:
please! if you can file it yourself don't use a lawyer. My lawyer wasn't cheap and we paid her in advance and she is definitely pissing me off. I don't know why she keep filing my travel document and the travel document keep getting rejected. I know she said we filed everything we have, even the envidence requested on the RFE we already filed it but we still received RFE. she always says that the policy is changed and people get massed up. I really want to scream at her and say guess what, I paid you for a reason, you are suppose to help me get this **** done instead of keep getting USCIS sending me disturbing rejection letter over and over...
and if you do want to use a lawyer, do a lot of search for a lawyer first...
