Guys I need advices. I had my interview about 3 weeks ago and my status still stuck on interview was scheduled. I called twice Uscis and they give no answers. It’s been 7 years that I don’t see any family of mine and I’m really tired of this waiting. I’d love to go visit them for Christmas. Do you guys know if I leave US will be a problem ? My lawyer said that is not a problem but I don’t trust her since she didn’t do a good job on my application.
I have no criminal record but I overstayed and worked illegally.
