Adjustment of Status - I-485

Just want to share what info i get today:
So they say once you do service request you can do another service request after 30 days. The procedure is that you have to do total 3 service request (The customer service rep will do them for you the second and the third one if i am not mistaken) before being transferred from tier 2. 🙄 i don’t know why they hv service request if they are not going to do them?

Also tier 2 that says it is just assigned Last tuesday and i will hear abt my ead soon is a liar i still hv not getting any update up until now on the uscis website and account. Also the tier 1 says that if there is no update that means they have not assign it... which makes sense. Tier 1 also says when i asked to be transferred right away that they can see everything that i can talk to them... but last time i chat with them they say they can’t see if it is already assign or not. Weird i think they just don’t want to transfer me to tier 2 because i called just now which is 5 pm est. she told me to call back tomorrow morning since they are experiencing high call volume.
