Expedite EAD documents help
Hello family,
I have called tier 1 last week and asked to create expedite for my EAD under severe financial loss. Today I have received an email form USCIS and received following response.
"Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax proof of your extreme emergent need, proof of a pending job offer, or severe financial loss to the following number"
Now do I need to submit just cover letter with explanation or something more?
Actually I am on working visa and work at client side right now. Client company is willing to hire me since last March. They have asked so many time when can you join us?
Please help?
