want to quickly share my experience at HIALEAH (FL) field office.
based on 6 years residency still married.
- Applied online aug 14 2019
- biometric app. sept 3rd 2019
- scheduled for interview oct 25 2019
- interview dec 2nd 2019
- oath of allegiance dec 13th
total 4 months sharp from efile to oath.
I don't know if it was luck but everything was fast and smooth.
I brought so many papers for the interview but the only thing I had asked was the PREVIOUS PASSPORT (expired) and the officer checked that all the stamps were matching with i94.
that was VERY IMPORTANT. I did 12 trip in 5 yrs total 230 days so if I didn't have with me the day of the interview the previous passport I would probably sent home with RFE.
Also she aske me proof of child support abroad. the officer was very very nice but also very specific.
very happy today can't believe all has been done in only 4months!!!
