I have a pending I-90 and need to travel in couple of days
I have filed I-90 for replacement due to legal name change in November. I still have my current GC with me. Can I travel with my current GC while I-90 is still pending? I have a court document with a legal name change and my passport have my legal name changed. Will this cause any issues when re-entering the US at the port of entry? please guys I need your advise.
