Hi all,
I've been a silent reader and wanted to share my timeline.
I waited and did not expadite my case. My expereince has been frustrating too and I have found this group very helpful.

Case pending for 5 months
New card being produced 12 December 2019
Case approved 15th Dec 2019
I'm now waiting for my card to arrive. My employer has been waiting for over 4 months now. Unfortunately, my L2 is due for renewal in March 2020 and I'll need to go through this all over again soon after the L2 in renewed early Jan/Feb 2020.
I hope this helps some of you that have filed July onwards.
